Augie’s on Main?

ever wondered why we’re called

Augie’s on Main is dedicated to chef Josiah Citrin’s late son, Augustin ‘Augie’ Citrin.

Augie was a bright passionate soul who loved music, history, philosophy, fashion, and any types of adventure. He was a talented musician, songwriter, and producer. He learned how to play the guitar at 7 years old and later taught himself the piano, drums, and bass. Augie was eccentric and boisterous. He left big impressions on everyone he met. Family and friends like to recount his funny stories, jokes, and the energy he filled in a room. There was really no one like Augie!

Sadly, Augie passed away December 2020. In his passing, we have dedicated our time to support a charity called Stop the Void. Their mission is to spread awareness and educate people on the dangers of purchasing illicit drugs, specifically fentanyl laced drugs. We have seen this epidemic continue to grow and affect the lives of families as it has become the leading cause in death for those aged 14-45. Please take the time to visit their website and get educated, it only takes one pill.
